The ground floor of the property comprises: kitchen, air-conditioned living/dining room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a double bed and an extra single bed), bathroom and two separate wcs.
On the first floor: air-conditioned master bedroom (with a double bed) with a walk-in shower room/wc and a private balcony.
NB please note that a studio apartment in the basement of the property may occasionally be occupied by the owner but there is no vis-à-vis with the main villa and the entrance to the apartment is completely independent.
