This is a smart, detached house overlooking its own garden with pool and farmland. Originally built in 1818, this attractive property has been lovingly restored by the owner and provides delightful, comfortable accommodation in a calm, peaceful countryside setting. The neat interior has been furnished and decorated with character and taste. Tiled floor throughout, with the exception of one bedroom, and light coloured walls keeps rooms cool. Outdoor facilities include an 11m x 6m swimming pool (salt electrolysis cleaning system), a paved terrace and a 400m² garden. There are numerous places to visit in the area including the fashionable alpine spa town of Aix-les-Bains, the fishing village of Brison-les-Oliviers the royal abbey of Hautecombe and the lakeside town of Le-Bourget-du-Lac with its XII-century château and gardens. The beautiful Lac du Bourget, the largest and deepest natural lake of France, is also nearby, offering water sports and boat trips on the lake. A smart and practical holiday home with pool, in a relaxing setting, with some superb sightseeing on the doorstep. There are uneven levels in the garden.
