Charmingly decorated with beams and featuring the weights, measures and scales of the original weighbridge with superb views over the countryside. Cuisine is inventive with firm emphasis on fresh regional produce. Dinner is a daily-changing menu without choice which, as well as breakfast, can be taken on the terrace during the summer.
