Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hrs on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hrs on the Saturday of departure.

Also included: bedlinen (sheets changed weekly); household linen (towels and tea-towels); gas for cooking; all electricity (during period from 24 April to 8 October); electricity consumption up to 500kW per week (during periods from 1 January to 23 April and from 9 October to 7 January 2011. Any consumption above that amount during these periods must be paid for on departure.)

Any other price related conditions
A breakage deposit of 100€ is payable in cash upon arrival. This will be returned on the morning of departure (less charges for items not included in the price), provided there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owner may, at their discretion, make a minimum deduction of 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
A 'taxe de séjour' (local tourist tax) of 0.50€ per day is payable by all guests over 16 years of age (payable locally).
