Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hrs on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hrs on the Saturday of departure.
Arrival must be by 2000 hrs.

Any other price related conditions
A breakage deposit of 125€ is payable upon arrival. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided. Extra sets are not available.

An inviting and appealing property, this is the independent wing of an impressive stately home (the rest of the property is also a holiday rental), set in an expansive grassy garden and boasting a lovely swimming pool, close to the centre of a bustling French village in the lovely Lot Valley. Stylishly furnished and offering an extremely pleasant décor, this recently restored property comprises comfortably-furnished, airy living spaces with attractive bedrooms. Period furniture has been retained to add a touch of rustic class to the interior whilst outodoor living is equally pleasing, thanks to the private gardens, swimming pool and proximity to the village. A wonderfully scenic region, the Lot has plenty to offer in terms of sightseeing and activities. Way-marked paths offer the opportunity for superb countryside walks and mountain biking while canoeing is possible on the stunning river Lot. Superb vineyards around the beautiful town of Cahors produce fantastic wines, rivalling the more well-known brands found in the neighbouring Dordogne. The nearby bastide town of Cazals should not be missed, most notably for its fine chateau and 17th-century houses.
