A breakage deposit of 200€ is payable in cash upon arrival. This will be returned on the morning of departure (less charges for items not included in the price), provided there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owner may, at their discretion, make a minimum deduction of 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Electricity (heating by electric radiators) is not included and must be paid for on departure.
