Set in an idyllically tranquil spot at the foot of the rocky Dentelles de Montmirail, we chose this former spa hotel for its warm welcome and delightful, away-from-it-all setting.
ROOMS
The hotel offers 41 simply-decorated but comfortable bedrooms over two floors (no lift), either overlooking the rear or the swimming pool area to the front. Larger, front-facing superior rooms are available on request.
RESTAURANT
The daily-changing menu without choice offers well-presented dishes featuring a mix of Provençal and traditional cuisine and meals are served on the terrace in fine weather. A good wine list includes the local wines of Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
