A particularly tasteful conversion of an 18th-century longère, which offers high levels of comfort, extremely well equipped accommodation throughout and an equally impressive shared swimming pool. Fully restored in 2007 to an excellent standard, this charming property is a perfect example of how to blend contemporary design with original features, the end result being superior accommodation with many mod-cons in a lovely setting. Sharing 10 hectares of land with the charming owners’ intimate chambres d’hôtes nearby, a very good degree of privacy is nonetheless afforded and the terrace to the rear of the property has a very pleasant outlook across fields. The large, enclosed swimming pool (13m x 6m, depth: 1m10 - 1m90), shared with the owner, is beautifully framed by colourful and fragrant flowers and provides a delightful spot to sunbathe. There is also a small pond where fishing is permitted.
