A breakage deposit of 100€ is payable in cash upon arrival. This will be returned on the morning of departure (less charges for items not included in the price), provided there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owner may, at their discretion, make a minimum deduction of 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Electricity (radiator in each room) is not included between 7 - 14 May & 24 Sep - 1 Oct 2011and is charged at the rate of 30€.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided. Extra sets are not available.

This semi-detached, stone-built house dating from the early 1900s is set in its own spacious garden, in the centre of a small village, which is only a short distance from the long sandy beaches north of the Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel. This charming cottage has been renovated in recent years to provide cosy and compact holiday accommodation. The interior is well kept and furnished with mostly modern pieces, whilst the original open fireplace and exposed beams add character in the living room. The sun can be enjoyed all day long here, from either the front garden or the spacious, fully-enclosed, split-level, south-facing garden to the rear of the property; a delightful spot from which to enjoy the extended views over farmland beyond. The 1m20 high wall in the garden is to be aware of as the drop is unprotected. The friendly owner, who resides in Carolles, will offer a warm welcome to guests.
