Prices include your villa on an accommodation-only basis, bed linen, towels and electricity. End of stay cleaning is not included.

Occupancy is from 17:00 - 20:00 (on Saturday of arrival) until 10:00am (day of departure). Arrivals and departures outside normal reception hours are subject to agreement and may incur a minimum supplement of 20€.

Swimming trunks must be worn in the pool (shorts are not permitted) and children must be supervised at all times.

A security deposit of 800€ is payable by credit card on arrival (Visa/Mastercard). Nothing will be deducted from your card if, on departure, the property has been left in a clean and acceptable condition. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning charge per villa of 140€ (V45) or 175€ (V46)

A tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is payable on arrival of approximately 1,45€ per day per person over 12 years old.
