Prices include your apartment on an accommodation-only basis, bed linen, towels and electricity. End of stay cleaning is not included.

Occupancy is from 17:00 - 20:00 (on Saturday of arrival) until 10:00am (day of departure). Arrivals and departures outside normal reception hours are subject to agreement and may incur a minimum supplement of 20€.

Shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool (16m x 7m) is available from early May to end September, subject to weather conditions. Swimming trunks must be worn (shorts are not permitted) and children must be supervised at all times around the pool area.

A fitness suite is available with free access to resort guests. Opening times are as per reception hours.

Subject to availability, the resort offers a loan service of the following: cots and high chairs for babies under 2 years (these must be requested at time of booking), hairdryer, iron & ironing board and board games.

A security deposit of 300€ is payable by credit card on arrival (Visa/Mastercard). Nothing will be deducted from your card if, on departure, the property has been left in a clean and acceptable condition. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning charge of between 55€ and 70€, depending on apartment.

A tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is payable on arrival of approx. 1,32€ per day per person over 12 years old.

Résidence Port Marine is a four-star Lagrange Prestige site, located just 150m from the nearest beach and 300m from the centre of Sainte-Maxime in the Var, with its restaurants, shops and casino.
