Occupancy is from 17:00 - 20:00 (on Saturday of arrival) until 10:00am (day of departure). Arrivals and departures outside normal reception hours are subject to agreement and may incur a minimum supplement of 20€.

Shared, heated outdoor swimming pool available from mid May to mid September, subject to weather conditions. Swimming trunks must be worn (shorts are not permitted). Children must be supervised at all times around the pool area.

Subject to availability, the resort offers the loan of cots and high chairs for babies under 2 years (these must be requested at time of booking)

A security deposit of 300€ is payable by credit card on arrival (Visa/Mastercard). Nothing will be deducted from your card if, on departure, the property has been left in a clean and acceptable condition. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning charge of between 55€ and 70€, depending on apartment.

A tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is payable on arrival of approx. 0,70€ per day per person over 12 years old.

Les Terrasses des Embiez is a four-star Lagrange Prestige site, conveniently located in the ever-popular resort of Six-Fours-les-Plages in the Var, 200m from the small harbour of Le Brusc (shops and local attractions) and just 300m from the nearest beach. The private complex, surrounded by pine trees, consists of 107 simply fitted but smart ground or first floor apartments in 13 separate buildings. Saturday arrival. Six-Fours-les -Plages is 10km SE of Bandol, 11km SW of Toulon and 37km SE of La Ciotat.

The tiny port of Le Brusc is a short walk away and offers a lively atmosphere as well as the opportunity for water sports.
