A breakage deposit of 100€ is payable uponal arrival. This will be returned on the morning of departure (less charges for items not included in the price), provided there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, make a minimum deduction of 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided. Extra sets are not available.

This is an immaculate modern villa set in a leafy garden some 45m away from the owner’ home, and screened from the minor road into the village by vegetation. It enjoys a tranquil location on the outskirts of the village at the heart of the forêt des Landes. The interior consists of neat and well-maintained accommodation of an excellent overall standard, with light and airy rooms. The inviting décor displays several homely touches: pictures, cushions, rugs, pretty curtains, matching fabrics and a charmingly decorated, if compact, kitchen. A small covered terrace at the rear gives on to an enclosed garden (with swings) of some 650m²providing an ideal play area for children and plenty of space for outdoor living. Apart from the occasional passing car, the setting is very quiet and the nearest neighbour (apart from the owner) is some 35m away. The vicinity has a lot to offer apart from the attractions of the fragrant Landes forest, ideal for walks and cycle rides; ever-popular Arcachon, the entrance to its sparkling bay dominated by the vast Pyla sand dune (117m); Sanguinet lake (18km); the Atlantic resort of Biscarosse; the city of Bordeaux and its great vignoble are equally accessible.
