Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hours on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hours on the Saturday of departure.

Any other price related conditions
A breakage deposit of 100€ is payable uponal arrival. This will be returned on the morning of departure (less charges for items not included in the price), provided there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, make a minimum deduction of 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Oil central heating not included and charged at the rate of 35€ per week which must be paid on departure.

This is a detached, turn-of-the-century farm cottage full of character, restored to provide accommodation on two floors and set in its own garden, 100m from a working farm on causse uplands. Restored as a labour of love with attention to detail, the spacious interior retains lovely original features: stone sink, souillarde (kitchen alcove) and vast open fireplace (ornamental only) blending with brickwork and beams.
