Price includes: your chosen property on a rental-only basis from 1700 hours on the Saturday of arrival to 1000 hours on the Saturday of departure.

A breakage deposit of 100€ is payable upon arrival. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Electricity is not included and must be paid for on departure.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking. Extra sets are not available.

This lovely little property is a semi-detached cottage built in a west facing position in a most desirable area of Brittany. Renovated in 2000, the bright and airy interior combines traditional pieces with modern equipment to provide accommodation of a good standard with character items.
