A breakage deposit of 100€ is payable upon arrival. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided. Extra sets are not available.
Electricity (radiator in each room) is not included and must be paid for on departure

This splendid property is a large two-storey detached house built in a slightly elevated, south-east facing position, with extensive views over pleasant rolling and wooded countryside to the Rance estuary and its port de plaisance. Completed in 1992, the property reflects the imaginative taste of the friendly owners, who farm nearby. Superbly fitted, the accommodation is furnished and decorated to a very high modern standard, but with occasional period items adding character. Outside, a terrace (2m50 x 11m – with sun-awning!) and enclosed grassy garden (6m x 25m) with built-in barbecue and swings, dotted with fruit trees, provide plenty of space for outdoor living and enjoying the panoramic views. A real home from home in a peaceful little community, well-placed for visiting historic Dinan, St Malo or le Mont St Michel, and the wonderful bays, beaches and cliffs of the coast only a short drive away. The owners live some 40m away with their friendly dog and cat. They speak some English and will be responsible for the welcome of their visitors.
