A breakage deposit of 125€ is payable upon arrival. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct 50€ from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.
Household linen is available and chargeable. One set costs 20€ for two people and 5€ for each additional person. One hand towel, one bath towel and one flannel per person, plus two tea towels and two kitchen towels per booking will be provided. Extra sets are not available.

Dating from 1818 and fully renovated in 2006 to a very good standard, this property is 500m from the hotel La Ferme du Chozal, which has featured in our France à la Carte brochure for many years. It is located in the heart of Beaufortain, in a charming little village surrounded by mountains, including Mont Blanc. This attractively-decorated, cosy apartment occupies the top floor of a large house, (the ground floor is used by one of the hotel employees) and is just opposite the village church (the bell sounds every hour but not between 10pm and 7am). Lovingly restored with traditional Alpine furniture, the interior is immaculately presented, well equipped and furnished with a certain artistic flair. From the open-plan kitchen/diner, there is a large window which opens onto a narrow, south-facing balcony providing delightful views towards the village and the impressive mountains beyond.
