A cleaning and breakage deposit of £200, payable in cash, will be requested on arrival at the property in exchange for a receipt. This will be returned in full if there have been no breakages and the property is left in good order. The owners may, at their discretion, deduct additional cleaning charges (typically 30€) from the deposit if the property is not left in good order.

Sitting peacefully on a wooded hillside on the outskirts of the village of Farinole, Villa Stantelli is an immaculately-presented terraced villa with a beautiful swimming pool. This detached villa with pool is built over two levels and offers an excellent standard of accommodation. The villa has been cleverly designed by the hospitable owners (who live in a neighbouring villa) to ensure that the stunning sea views can be enjoyed from almost every room as well, of course, from the terrace, garden and fully-enclosed swimming pool.
On the entrance level, there is a living/dining room (with private, enclosed balcony), a separate kitchen, a small shower room/wc and a single bedroom while the lower level has two further bedrooms (one double, one twin), the former enjoying direct access to a terrace/summer kitchen, and a family bathroom/wc. Décor throughout the villa is unpretentious and homely.

Horse riding available in St Florent and Murato (22km). Patrimonio open-air guitar festival in July.
Services: In Patrimonio there is a small supermarket, a post office, four restaurants and a bar while larger supermarkets can be found in St Florent or Bastia. Market in St Florent on the first Wednesday of every month. Parking available at the property.
In the area: We’re confident that you’ll struggle to tear yourself away from the magnificent views which greet you each morning and the sunsets which bid you farewell at night, however, there is plenty to see and do locally. The nearest beach is conveniently less than 2km away at the Marine de Farinole (which has a restaurant), while further north along the Cap Corse lie many more creeks and bays, as well as Genoese towers and pretty fishing ports. Keen walkers will delight in the selection of walks and hikes available nearby, including one which leads up to the remains of a former monastery above the village.
